It is high time for a new embroidery article, it has been far too long!
I have been decluttering my apartment for the best part of a year now, but the one area I find next to impossible to minimalize is arts and crafts. I have no problem getting rid of unworn clothes, books I will never read again or knick knacks collecting dust… But my collection of coloured paper, assorted embroidery thread and wool, dozens of different types of needles, postcards, beads, stickers, wax stamps and cross stitch materials? Nope, can’t do it.
When I initially thought of starting my online shop on A Little Market, I had a lot of fun finding small objects to embroider while half-watching soaps from the 90s on my computer. These necklaces are the result of my first attempts to “mass produce” my cross stitch projects!
I have made yet another hand embroidered bib! After this classic design and this pastel one, I wanted something that felt more modern, and I am very happy with how this one turned out. You’ll never guess where I found my inspiration for this rainbow zigzag design!
You do NOT want to be near me when I’m trying to make a decision. And by this I don’t mean should-I-take-that-job-in-Thailand or should-I-invest-in-real-estate. Those are big decisions that understandably take up a lot of brainpower, but I am talking about the little things, including this embroidered bottle apron.
